ONSITE / REMOTE – Video Sentry leads the industry in pushing technology to deliver. better and more affordable security options. But, we started in the guarding business and a security guard can still be a good, albeit costly, solution. We look at customers needs and provide a custom solution. Onsite? Remote? Our 360º answer, is yes.

FIRE / EMS / POLICE – While we have a very capable rapid response team, we also know when to get emergency help. We can often confirm an emergency in seconds and avoid false alarms, but in critical situations, no time is wasted in getting the help that’s needed.

LOITERING / TRESPASSING – Our Mobile Security Force, deployed through our 24-hour Command Centre, are trained to deal with unwanted guests. If a problem persists or escalates, we bring in the police.

NOISE / NUISANCE – Again, our Mobile Security Force is deployed to deal with complaints like these. Tenants can contact our 24-hour Command Centre through an interactive 2-way video/voice kiosk in the lobby or by telephone.

PARKING / ACCESS / GUESTS – We offer a full parking security package from access, to cameras (and monitoring), to lighting and more. Guests can be easily directed to visitor parking areas. A reservation system can also be implemented.
