REMOTE, ONSITE & INTERACTIVE
OUR 360º SERVICE
With the mandate of keeping tenants, residents and visitors safe, we’ve looked at building security from every angle and have developed a suite of remote, onsite and interactive services to meet all needs.
PRIVATE PROPERTY – The basic premise of any security system is to ensure authorized occupants, tenants, owners and guests have easy access to the property, while others… do not.
SECURE ACCESS POINTS – Every building or site access point must be controlled, monitored and secure.
ONSITE GUARDS/CONCIERGE SERVICES – While remote solutions offer flexibility over onsite guards (and at a fraction of the cost), it is also true that a front lobby presence has benefits that are often appreciated by residents. Video Sentry began as a guarding company allowing us to also offer comprehensive onsite service as well as our industry leading remote solutions.
MONITOR AT-RISK AREAS – Beyond access points, it’s critical to have control of at-risk areas like garages, stairwells, laundry rooms, locker areas, pools, etc.
CONSTANT COMMUNICATION – With interactive 2-way video/voice kiosks, building residents/occupants are always able to speak directly with their security team and get answers, raise concerns or simply be reassured.
READY TO RESPOND – Our Mobile Response Force, deployed by the Video Sentry Command Centre, is ready to react to any situation from nuisance to emergency.
GO ABOVE & BEYOND – Part of offering a 360º solution is to have the technology, insight and flexibility to deliver additional services as may be required. Our ability to offer a video escort for someone working late at the office, is one way we have used innovation to deliver peace of mind.
BLENDED SOLUTIONS – Call it the best of both worlds! In many buildings where a lobby presence is appreciated, Video Sentry augments the onsite service with its remote solutions, allowing the guard/concierge to see to duties away from the desk or take a break. Also, great savings can be realized by not employing a night guard and ‘handing off’ to remote monitoring after hours.
